We’re operating in a primarily remote work environment.
We realized in 2020 that we are really effective with remote work, so we’re continuing it. It works really well because our employees thrive on personal accountability and always carry their own bag.
For us, this means that the majority of time, we’ll be working from home and using collaboration tools to communicate regularly with each other. We do meet in person to support our customers or to connect with each other when it serves a purpose.
How do we stay in touch? We have team get togethers, fly days and weekly company meetings where everyone demonstrates their latest projects and shares news. Shoes are optional.
