Rebecca is responsible for leading DroneSense’s talent strategy including talent acquisition, total rewards, people operations and overall employee experience. Rebecca brings experience from a variety of HR disciplines in high-growth environments to create winning talent solutions.
With more than 15 years of experience working in the technology industry, she has held a variety of human resources roles at Samsung, HomeAway, Expedia and National Instruments. In all scenarios, Rebecca partners with teams to build a meaningful employee experience. Rebecca joined DroneSense in 2021 and is focusing on talent acquisition strategy, onboarding and ensuring we can grow intelligently to meet our customers’ needs.
Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Louisiana State University, and a master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa.
Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family and their Goldendoodle, traveling to the beach as often as possible, and regularly swimming in a Master’s program. She is an active member of the The Junior League of Austin and passionate about developing the potential of women while giving back to the Austin community.
